I am unable to migrate the viewstate from one install to another machine.
Followed the directions here:
I have used this method successfullly on a migration a few years ago to different systems.
Now, when attempting the same thing, my the viewstate for my parent account syncs only movies (not TV shows, or home videos). It does not sync viewstate for any managed users.
Wondering if there are updated instructions. I’m speculating that this may have something to do with the Plex libraries being updated for the newest agents (both source and target libraries have been updated)?
