Would be nice if there were a “copy to clipboard” button somewhere in the player or PMS UI that would copy all the information needed for a problem report onto the clipboard, e.g.
- PMS version
- PMS platform info (OS, RAM, CPU, etc.)
- DVR tuner info
- Player version & OS info
etc.
I can imagine some complexity trying to get player and server info from one place, but I can think of a few ways to pass that back and forth.
This would make it easier for non-technical folks to file helpful problem reports, and save time for technical folks from having to gather all that info manually.
