I’m not able to reproduce on either release on my Windows machines. Can you please share your Windows app logs? Logs are found in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Plex\Logs. Something else to try, is to use the Restore Defaults button. In Settings, Show Advanced > Debug > Restore Default then select the Home button.
