Hello all I am running Plex Server Version 1.22.1.4228 and just recently upgraded my TrueNAS box to TrueNAS-12.0-U3 and did the iocage upgrades to get my Plex jail iocage to 12.2-RELEASE-p6. Now that I have everything updated I am getting message in TrueNAS saying pid 2238 (Plex Media Server), jid 1, uid 972: exited on signal 11 Once this happens Plex Players do not see the Plex server anymore. If I reboot the jail it is back until it hits the signal 11 messaage again. I never had this issue before and not sure what to do now. Can someone help me troubleshoot why I am getting the signal 11 message? Should I uninstall Plex and reinstall, if so what are the instructions? Need your help as I dont know where to go from here.

Sig11/SEGV in Plex means the process exited. That can be caused by insufficient memory. (Or a million other issues)
How much memory do you have in that box? What other duties does it have - other jails/plugins?
I have 32 GB ram and 23 GB free. Plex is the only jail running and nothing else.
This didn’t start until I upgraded the Plex server installation and upgraded the iocage version.
Roll back to before the upgrade, then try upgrading only Plex. See if the same issue happens.
