Behavior: Only Additional Storage exposes the Read Only toggle. The main storage option has no toggle to set read-only.

Expectation: I don’t want the TrueNAS Plex app to have write access to my Movie datatset.

Did you try setting up the NFS share to be root/root for the user/group. This is required for TrueSCALE.
