Go to the top level of the show (i.e. click on the title)
then pick Split from the ellipsis menu
then determine which of the now duplicated shows is which, again using the plex media info
then either perform Fix Match on the show with the wrong title
or
Rename the top level folder of the mis matched show, so that it cannot be mismatched by Plex anymore.
