Tunefind issue - Movies show tracks but TV Shows do not

Title says it. Obviously Tidal is turned on. Tracks show properly for movies but TV shows don’t show. Have “Include related external content” checked for the TV library. Manual search of Tunefind shows tracks (e.g. Black-ish s01e01).

I tried unchecking external content, re-scanning the library, emptying trash, cleaning bundles, optimizing db. I then restarted PMS and re-checked external content and re-scanned library. Did not help.

PMS version 1.20.0.3181 on Windows Server.

I have a similar problem but not quite the same, though it is the same issue. I am finding that Tunefind is very inconsistent in bringing its data into both my Movie and TV libraries - some movies it does, some it doesn’t, some TV series it does, some it doesn’t, even if they are listed in the Tunefind library. As has the poster above, I have also done everything I can, from unchecking and rechecking external content, rescanning the library, forcing a refresh of all metadata, emptying trash, cleaning bundles, optimizing db, restarting PMS, so on and so fourth. Nothing seems to work.

Examples of items not bring imported in from Tunefind is the movie 24 Hour Party People (incredible soundtrack), WKRP in Cincinnati (not a single episode has any of the tracks coming in, even though they are all listed in tunefind (and yes, Johnny Fever was playing Ted Nugent when he said Booger - My version is the Shout Factory release with most of the original music restored).

If you guys can’t seem to find a fix, what would a good option to add is if we could manually edit the TV show series/season/episodes or movies to link to the Tunefind database - there has to be a way we could do it, in the format tunefind wants for their API ( https://[ENDPOINT].api.tunefind.com/api/v2/show/wkrp-in-cincinnati/season-1/62368 (S01E01) ) or ( https://[ENDPOINT].api.tunefind.com/api/v2/movie/24-hour-party-people-2002 ) or even just putting in the tunefind the portions from show or movie onwards, as listed in the website, whether for a series, a seaon, an episode or a movie, or by just adding the website URL for the particular show/season/episode or movie as found in tunefind.

There has got to be a solution out there.
