Tuner setup loads forever despite server discovering eligible devices

Solved: The problem suddenly went away for my HDHR after correcting Plex’s UID and GUID variables in the docker template to a dedicated plex user that I created. In order to get Threadfin to show up, I had to manually call the POST /media/grabbers/devices endpoint from the PMS API with the device URI (http://ip:port).

Server Version#: 1.42.2.10156
Player Version#: Web 4.147.1 and Mac 1.110.0.351-4e48eb83

Hello, I recently moved to a new unRAID server and I’m thusly using the Plex docker image (plexinc/pms-docker). When attempting to set up Plex tuner, I just get an endless loading screen:

However, as soon as this menu is opened, the client makes a request to the server which completes pretty much immediately and correctly lists my two eligible devices:

So I’m not sure why I am not able to select either of these devices and proceed with the setup.

Inputting the hostname of the HDHR device shows an error - “There was a problem adding the device: hdhomerun” - and using its IP address causes another successful “devices” HTTP request but nothing shows up in the UI.

Previously I was using a plain installation on Debian, which was able to complete the process and stream channels, so I don’t think it’s a problem with my HDHR. I migrated my server data as recommended in this article if that’s relevant.

What could be going on? Thanks for any help!
