Logging into the Plex server brings up a popup for which none of the buttons work, including the “Refresh all metadata” checkbox and the X to close it out. I’ve tried this on Firefox and Edge with the same results. Anyone know of a workaround?

IIRC there’s a hidden pop-up underneath.
Try the escape key.
