Plex stuck at "Turbocharge Your Metadata"

Hi,

Been happily running Plex media server on Linux Mint (currently 20.3 Una) for years now, but I have just upgraded and when I try to go into Plex on Firefox on the server, it now comes up with this screen about Upgrading your TV and Movie libraries. In theory I should be able to click on Upgrade Libraries or Not Now, but neither of these seem to do anything. If I reload the tab, I can see what appears to be the normal Plex UI for a second before this screen comes back. Apart from wiping and doing a complete re-install, does anyone have any ideas?
