I was watching content through Plex, finished the content, returned to the Plex home screen, held down the PS button and selected "Turn off console". The PS4 then proceeded to hang for 30+ min on the powering off screen until i finally pulled the AC cord out which led to the PS4 having to go through the recovery steps upon reboot. Has anyone else encountered this?
I havet with plex but some games will do the same thing always best to close the apps befor shutting down the system example trials fussion demo froze my ps4 up when trying to shutdown had to pull the plug on the ps4.
