I have a problem with TV. When playing TV programs on the browser, I have a “spinning circle” every 1 minute, the video buffers despite the fact that the download bar is quite far.
I do not have this problem on the Plex application on Android and iOS.
Does anyone have any of you like?
I will add that the server does not load when the program starts.

The web player isn’t recommended for TV viewing precisely because it doesn’t support the video encoding used by Live TV broadcasts.
You should either download and use:

Thank you for your response. Colleagues from the Polish Qnap forum recommend Emby, apparently they have no similar problems and fully support IPTV.
I will wait for Plex to do something about it.
There is nothing for Plex to do.
The limitation is with the browser software and with your underpowered QNAP server which has to transcode Live TV on the fly to make it compatible with playback on a web browser.
Thank you for your answer. I checked and in the Plex application on the PC, the TV works perfectly.
I wrote that Qnap is bored with a movie in original quality and the processor is loaded with a maximum of 50%.
Like I said, the Emby guys play TV and they have no problem with that.

If using the same browser and same FFMPEG (which Emby does), the results should be the same.
