TV Ignore intermediate nested folders

I have a large TV show collection and over time I've organised the shows into alphabet groups for easier management. Like

TV/A///

TV/A///

The show names and season folders and media files are named according to the Plex naming convention but the higher level folders (A, B, C, etc) are causing a problem. In many cases Plex is creating a TV show called A or B and putting all media files into that.

Is there any way to have Plex ignore the intermediate folder names?

Plex isn't my only media solution so keeping the shows organised like this is easier than having a very long list to scan through.

Thanks

you would have to add each alphabet folder to the library just like if you had your media in different locations. i've never added 26 of them but not sure why it would not work

I hope to make a scanner or agent that can deal with this its not a difficult problem… but not knowing how plex works it may require tinkering with a lot of files.
