TV Layout on Plex media player does not scroll

Scrolling does not work in the TV Layout on my Surface Pro 3 neither with TOUCH nor with a mouse,. I can activate the buttons but that is all. Even in the Settings menus I cannot scroll even where I can see there are more options. Makes this version of the UI useless.
