Tv series blacks when next episode should start

Server Version#: Win10 1.26.0.5715
Player Version#: Plex for PlayStation 4 5.37.1

Plex does not play the next episode automatically as it always does. It shows a black screen (seems popular ;-)) .
When I go back (with the cricket button) I can manually start the next episode.

Hope you can fix this.
