TV series library does not show cast information page

When you click on the actor’s headshot it should jump to the actor’s introduction page, my movie library works like this, and I remember my TV series library used to work like this, but now I don’t know why it doesn’t jump to the cast introduction page, Instead, it becomes a search in the library for TV series that include that actor, It’s weird that the plex content is not displayed at all, how should I fix it?

Can you get the plex media info xml for one of the episodes of that “Morning Show”

I saved xml as rtf converted to txt, the Chinese content is displayed incorrectly, but it should not matter.

I unchecked “Include adult content” and it’s back to normal, now the cast description is shown.
