I use to be able to a go into a Actor in Cast and Crew and get all the information on what shows and movies they appeared in etc but not anymore!! has this feature been removed from Plex?

Have you changed the library agent or enabled the „include adult content“ in the library options?
Clicking on the Actor in Movies, I get Filmography etc, but not in TV Shows
As said above. Edit the library and verify that “adult…” is off.
If there is no such check box, it means your TV shows library is using one of the ancient agents which have no support for credits discovery.
