I had some recorded episodes of a TV show (around 17 episodes) on my plex server when I decided to replace them with the DVD box set of the aforementioned tv show. I deleted the episodes in Plex then added the DVD set. Around 2AM that night, it deleted all episodes of the DVD collection except the same episodes I possessed previously in recorded form. I have since upgraded, rebooted, optimized the database, cleaned bundles and emptied trash, not necessarily in that order, and it is still occurring after re-adding the the episodes. Any ideas why this is occurring and how to solve? Thanks in advance
