TV shows don't play theme music playback

seems like new shows I add to the server doesn’t play theme music anymore. Is there a way to fix this?

1st step to fix will be to share some more details…

  • which Shows in particular are we talking about?
  • have you confirmed it’s still working for the older shows (e.g. there’s no missing flag in this client’s settings; side quest: which client)?

I just added Ben 10 and it worked at first and now it doesn’t. Older shows the theme’s play. Also I have another SHIELD and it has the same issue. When I use my windows 7 PC as the media server, this is not an issue.

Can you try to refresh metadata for this Shield PMS? I’m not aware of any general issues… so maybe something got stuck during the initial processing.

I refreshed the metadata for the show if that is what you are talking about and still no good. Is there a way to refresh the metadata for the entire device?
