When i try to filter TV Shows to show unwatched on an Xbox One X its not filtering at all.
this has only started to happen in the last week or so is anyone else having this issue?
Hi there. I’ve just tried it out on my local console and the unwatched filter applies correctly. What happens when you select the filter? Is it only in your TV Show library? Is it just one particular TV Show library or all TV Show type libraries?

On my xbox one x when i try to filter TV Shows it just does not work at all, when i try to select the filter ti does not apply.
if i try to filter by date that also does not work.
ok i have added a 2nd plex server to my setup and filtering on that is working fine so it must be something on the server thats causing the issue.
the 2 attached files show that i am unable to select the filter.
is there a server setting that i need to change?
i have just noticed that on the server that is not filtering correctly the web version is different from my new server:
new server web version is 3.39.5
old server filtering not working version is 3.41.2
both systems are running on windows 10 version 1709

Hi Jamie. I haven’t been able to reproduce this issue either. I’m just wondering exactly what “server web version” is that you are referring to (as the latest Plex Media Server version is 1.12.x, the numbers you gave were 3.39.5/3.41.2). A server setting shouldn’t affect the UI filters.

i have downgraded my server to be the latest version available on the web site downloads1.12.2.4929-29f6d1796 and not the version that is available for flex pass users1.12.3.4973-215c28d86.
this has made no difference at all i am still unable to use any of the filters on the TV shows however Movie filters work, i will remove Plex from my Xbox and re-install it. and let you know how i get on.
removed plea from xbox and reinstalled it it seems to be ok for now will keep you updated.
