Because it takes awhile for Plex to download the names(titles) of the episodes.
Here is an example from my own library.
As you can see, eps 19 thru 22 have no title. And I added them 2 days ago.
And, the only thing Plex scrapes from the filename is SxxExx . It doesn’t care about anything else.
