TV specials designate airing season tag

So, after adding my entire “doctor who” dvd collection to my nas (both classic and the new stuff) I have discovered a small flaw in the way the plex server detected content and sorts it, take doctor who (2005) I have all the season and the specials, have them all titled with the “ - s01e10 - “ thing so they get sorted correctly, but… the special are in the specials section, witch I’m OK with, but would also like to have the specials in between the season where they aired in relation,

could the sorting syntax have an additional element added to also designate where they should ALSO show up in the season list? As an example;

“Doctor Who (2005) - s00e02 - [s01e14] Christmas Invasion”

So it lists the name of the show, it’s placement within the TVDB for metadata, (and its placement in the specials section) the placement of when it aired in relation to the seasons, and then the name of the episode.

All make sense? This would be super helpful for me and I think many others

I remember when thetvdb did this when selecting “all”.
It would display them in airing order including specials. Sucks they don’t anymore. I even miss the numbering thetvdb did before the title. The new API sucks for what it’s worth.

So just discovered that a lot of the entrees in the TVDB actually have there position in show also listed in the details, would be nice if plex could notice that…
