Does anyone have any good ideas on how to produce a smart collection that is like the “recently released episodes” but would collapse multiple new episodes from the same show into “Season”?
At the moment the default “recently released episodes” collection will duplicate a show poster when you add 2 episodes that aired on the same date:
Ideally, the behaviour would be similar to the default “recently added” collection for the same library (but sorted by release date, not date added):
i.e., single episode shown as single, but the 2 aired episodes are collapsed into “Season 1”.
An alternative solution might be to have a smart collection that is effectively the same as “recently added” but you could sort by “last episode release date” instead of “date added”.
I might be blind but i’ve played around with the advanced filters a lot and can’t find a way to produce a smart collection that is similar to this.
Anyone have any ideas?
