Please update the TWiT.TV plug-in/channel so that the BitGravity streams are sourced from http://bglive-a.bitgravity.com/twit/live/high and http://bglive-a.bitgravity.com/twit/live/low -- these are by far the highest quality and best performing streams offered by TWiT.  More info here...

This has been done, see this thread.  You may now select whichever stream you prefer in the channel settings via the Web Client.
