Try to claim the server using this little tool instead: Even if it fails, it will show you valuable diagnostic information about why it failed.

Thanks for this, I downloaded the file, installed and used the local ipaddress where server 2 lives 192.168.168.100.I got the following message from the status of the app.

I have another update. When i put in the ip address of server 2 (192.168.168.100:34200/web I can see both servers without conflict. with the Local host IP of 127.0.0.1 i see the same but i have to rearange the library files on the left hand side. I’m not sure why i see something different when i input 192.168.168.100 and when i put 127.0.0.1. the Plex server sits on the same machine.

Ok, I restarted the server and now it is claimed and I get the green padlock on the settings page. I’m not sure what happened, but after ruinning that problem, alhtough it returned an error it seemed to fix the problem.

Thanks for all your help, I can see both servers , with no conflicts with one of them running with remote access.
