Local news program on January 13 was streamed by the Plex Server at a bit rate of 12K+ A few days later, the same local news program was streamed at 27k bps. (See screen shots below). My plexplayer can’t handle 27K. How to I limit the bitrate of locally recorded and locally streamed (on LAN) recordings?
