UHD shuttering playback not sure where my bottleneck is

hey guy having a directplay problem playing UHD files from my HTPC.
CPU: 3.0GHz Duo E8400
RAM: 8GB
GPU: GTX1050

However i can play 4k samples from Demoworld without a problem.
