Unable to connect with Plex on pc from android

Hi

I have download the latest version of Plex from website on windows 10.
And I see the Plex running also on localhost:port

But when I go to Plex app on Android… It does detect my laptop
But shows offline…

Same with Amazon fire stick…it is not able to connect to Plex on my laptop.

Please suggest any solutions or steps for it.
