Unable to delete folder from library: "Your changes could not be saved."

I recently migrated my Plex files to new storage and since then I’ve been unable to remove an old folder from my Film library. When I try to delete it from the Plex library, I get the error “Your changes could not be saved.” The referenced folder no longer exists, though I tried re-creating it and it didn’t help.

I have the same problem. I have files that I can not delete in my library. They have been deleted from my media drive but no matter what I do , they still show up in my Library.

I have scanned the library, optimized the database, cleaned the bundles, and refreshed metadata.
I have done all this many times and I can not get rid of the files.

So anyone from PLEX going to address the issue of saving changes? seems it’s a common issue across the board.

That would be nice. I had to manually edit 2,000 entries instead of just removing the folder from the library list. :upside_down_face:
