Can't save a folder change

I am making a wholesale change to my drive/folder structure to clean up years of mess. I am right near the end and it has all gone smoothly. I have

  1. Copied the data to the new location
  2. Pointed the libraries to the new folder (with the old folder)
  3. Waited until Plex had everything figured out
  4. Then I delete the folder designation in the library
  5. And eventually delete the extra data off the original drive/folder.

Sometimes, when I have added the folder to the library edit screen, it would churn a bit and say that changes could not be saved. If I close the screen and reopen it, the change would be there.

However, I have two libraries, ironically both small “TV” lbraries of family videos that I have had from my very beginning. When I try to add the new location (step 2), I can show the new folder on the screen but I cannot save the changes. It immediately says that the changes cannot be saved.

Any thoughts why this would be?
