I have a Friend that I want to remove completely. My understanding is that the procedure is go to the “Users and Sharing” screen and to click on the red “X” to the right of their email address to delete them. The “X” is not red, it is white. Clicking this brings me to the “Shared Libraries” screen. It does not allow me to remove them.
Similarly, I have a Home User that I created by mistake. The user should simply be a Friend. My understanding is that by clicking the red “X” will convert them from a Home User to a Friend. Same situation. It is a white “X” and clicking it brings me to the “Shared Libraries” screen. It does not allow me to change their status.
Thank you for the response. I was using Waterfox, and tried your suggestions. Even in private mode with my ad-blocker disabled, I was unable to change or delete the users.
However, your suggestion pointed me in the right direction. I tried again on a clean version of Firefox and was successful. So either something inherent in the Waterfox browser or one of my extensions was the cause of the issue.
