I have a dozen or so libraries. I wanted to recreate one of them, but I can’t delete it. I press delete library, check the checkbox, confirm and wait for the dialog to disappear. The library remains. What is going wrong here? Thanks all for your help.

Go to were you store the original files and move them somewhere else save. Then check if the Library can be deleted.
This is were you delete.
Which PMS are you using?
Which MacOS version are you using?

PMS 1.5.5.3634, OS 10.12.3
Moved files and saved. Now appears as an empty library. Still unable to delete.
I have the same issue, except the drive where they were stored is no longer available. It shows in the library, but it is on a dead drive.
Going through the following article to Repair a Corrupt Database (https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/201100678-Repair-a-Corrupt-Database) should resolve the issue.
Followed the repair steps and the problem remains.
Hi any solution to this problem yet ??
Please provide debug logs for the time the error arises

My issue was I had to delete the trash before deleting the folder.
