I can’t seem to download the Plex app onto my tablet. The App Store page says that it’s compatable with iOS 12. The Plex Support page says iOS 8. So that must be out of date. My iPad is currently up to date with iOS 12.4.6, I’ve rebooted the device, made sure my credit card info is correct. Can’t seem to find what’s wrong.
I called apple support and they were unable to help. They suggested perhaps support for iOS 12 was dropped by mistake? Anyone else run into this?
