Unable to have two servers on the same account

Server Version#: Version 1.24.4.5081
Player Version#: Version 4.63.0

The issue I am having is when I try to add a second server, the primary server goes away on my account. I have a single Plex account with Plex Pass, the primary servers is running Windows Server 2019 and this is what I use for my local viewing.

I am logged into my same Plex account on my desktop PC in the same house under the same network. When I installed Plex Server and added my libraries, my primary server is no longer in the drop down menu to select. If I go to the PMS instance on my primary server machine my library is completely gone and it’s now the name of my second server I was setting up? If I shut down the server on my secondary PC, refresh the interface on my primary, it’s the same. It’s only until I log out, log back in that I see my primary servers name and my entire library.

How can I add a second server to the same account? Or do I need to make a completely new Plex account and have one for each?

how did you create the second server? did you copy anything over from the first server machine? or was it a fresh install.

when you set up port forwarding did you use different external ports? if they are both set to 32400 then it will cause problems

Currently on the second machine I had remote access disabled. I don’t recall copying anything over from the first machine, though I did install Plex Server back in April on this desktop to test things. I uninstalled Plex Server then I went into RegEdit, cleared out all registry keys, deleted folders throughout AppData and ProgramData, performed a fresh install and now I am able to see both servers in the drop down menu while logged into Plex.

Not sure what the issue was, but that seemed to resolve my particular issue
