Unable to install media server - looking for servers

I’ve used plex for years. I just built a new PC and tried to install the media server.

I’m in an endless loop. Plex just keeps looking for servers and is asking me to download and install the media server.

I’ve uninstalled multiple times with no luck. How do I get the media server running so I can create libraries, etc.

Of no help, but I have exactly the same problem.
