Plex has suddenly been very unreliable for me. Let me try to explain the symptoms and what all I did. First, I cannot browse my Plex music library on Sonos (error: Unable to browse music), but I can search for things and Sonos finds my Plex music. When I try to play things, often I get an error that “Unable to play…connection lost.” Weirdly, some songs work fine and some songs do not play (even from the same album).
When I check the logs, I see the external Plex IP there instead of local IP being used for music streaming.
Please see the logs attached and let me know if you need anything else.

I believe a similar issue is being discussed here, related to incorrect bandwidth analysis results.
SONOS not playing specific files
If you view the XML information for an affected track, do you see the value 2147483647 anywhere?
In Settings → Remote Access, do you have an upload speed or remote stream bitrate configured?

I think there are two issues here. One is local browsing not working and the other is some files not playing. I am facing both these issues. You see a lot of those Plex IP addresses (3.238.43.213).
