Unable to see Playlists on the Players (XBOXONE, PS4,)

So… i used to be able to see my playlists on Xboxone and PS4, and now they don’t show up. They DO show up on my ROKU, so I don’t think this is a configuration thing. I’ve seen a number of people comment on similar issues, so was curious if anyone has a way to resolve.

I have a single home network. All devices on the same wireless network. all devices can see each other and play the movies on my plex server. Just can’t see ANY of my playlists. Not exactly sure when I lost the ability. but last night neither of my consoles showed my playlists. They are updated to the latest version, and I USED to be able to see them.

I’m also having this issue. Each of the topics relating to this doesn’t seem to have an answer some Plex support. I use the playlists literally every day. So this is pretty frustrating.

The worst part is, it works on xbox 360. Just not ps4 or xbox one. It’s such freaking piss poor, amateur software incompetence.

I can see playlists on my xbox one x. It’s under movies (for video content).
