  1. make sure that you are not in a country which is not supported (or use a VPN)

  2. use https://app.plex.tv
  3. use a web browser with support for DRM (i.e. try a plain Chrome or Firefox without any browser extensions)
  4. make sure that you don’t have “MOVIES & TV” and/or “LIVE TV” disabled on this page https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/online-media-sources
