Unable to see sync / download status server-side

I’m not sure if this is a bug or if I’m missing something obvious. I’m seeing about 85 mbps of upstream remote activity in the dashboard, but I can’t see what it’s from on the server side. I know I have a client syncing some things and this bandwidth is from that, but where can I view the status, progress, etc of those syncs?

I’ve attempted to use the method described here: Monitoring Sync Status | Plex Support
but when I click on the activity icon, there is no “Sync” button to take me to the sync page. Same thing happens on both the Plex application and the web app.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
