Sigh. So, I’m running 1.4.3.3433 and latest Android client. Somebody mentioned sync is broken (again). But this time it’s sort of bad. My Plex server show the show as sync’d to my Android phone, but my phone no longer show anything sync’d, yet the space is gone off my phone (that is, the sync’d stuff is still there, just no way to get to it).
Nevermind. The Android client had signed me out. There’s got to be a better way to know this btw.
Aack… now this will never be seen. It’s broken bad. Yeah… if I’m logged in and using the server I can play something and it will play the sync’d copy, but you can’t go local+sync’d, it will show nothing… broken… broken broken… but no way to inform the Plex devs… oh well… maybe somebody else will notice.
Tonight is the first time I’ve tried to use Sync in a few years…and it seems to be much less stable than last time I used it. Looking at the sync status shows completely different status’s each time I go into it. If I go offline, it shows that things that the sync is telling me have not been downloaded are, in fact, downloaded…but things that the sync was telling me were downloaded were NOT, in fact, downloaded yet. It shows that my “available space” is going down (which seems to indicate that it’s downloading stuff)…but the sync status doesn’t indicate any downloading is taking place.
Yuck.
