Unable to Set the Plex Player via Amazon Echo

I have the Plex app installed on my LG TV (model 60LN5600-UB). I just got an Amazon Echo. I’m able to “Set the Plex Media Server”. I’m NOT able to “Set the Plex Player”. Alexa responds by saying unable to find player.

Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

Doesn’t look like the LG app is a supported remote player.

Odd that I can’t install the app on my LG smart TV but Alexa doesn’t support the player on the TV. Thanks for the reference
