I tried uploading some of my shows from my PC Computer through the Plex onto my PS4 but only some of the shows were successfully uploaded instead. The thing that I don't like about Plex is that unlike the PS3 Media Server is that I had access to the shows that I wanted where as here I have to upload the whole directory. Anyhow long story short it did not upload the shows that I wanted it to upload.
So I tried to create a special folder with JUST the show that I wanted inside. But it DID NOT even upload that. WHY???
All the other shows that is successfully uploaded were *.mp4 as well so why not this one particular show?
I did not pay over $100 for this service and not be able to use it properly.

Not sure exactly what you are trying to do.
Plex is a server/client architecture, you don't have to upload anything to the PS4. All your files sit on the server and the PS4 then streams it from there.
Maybe there is just a language barrier here and I'm misunderstanding. Maybe you could tell us exactly what you do that isn't working.
The usual problem for people coming from PMS to Plex is scraping, so I'm guessing that's what's happening.
Short version A: Make a "Home Videos" category on the Plex server, select the home video scanner as the scraper, and you can add anything you want. The downside: no folder view, which is a big UI problem for people coming from PS3 Media Server and DLNA. The Plex people are supposed to be fixing that.
Short version B (recommended, unfortunately): Rename your TV show or movie to match the name tvdb.org or freedb.org has for your show. Make sure individual episodes are named properly also (with episode numbers), then refresh.
