Hi, I’ve ran through the process again. Uninstalled the Plex server update 1.40.0.7998, I reinstalled it earlier to see if it made any difference but alas no. I’ve then gone back to an earlier Plex Server update 1.32.6.7557 and installed it.
I closed the plex server on my PC and tried the .bat file again, unfortunately no joy.
The .bat file tries to open a cmd window but then immediately closes and the repair to the data base never starts.
Are there any logs you would like to view to try and resolve this problem for me?
