Thank you.

How can I download previous version of Plex on webpage?

Thank you!!!

Where do you find previous versions of Plex Media Server? I am on Ubuntu with the same issue

Oh…
My server said… “You can not downgrade it to the order version…”

I am having the same issue after updating.

Downgrade to the previous.

We’re collecting every bit of info we can for engineering… Going to redflag this if it’s all database related.

Hello, yes I have the same issue

It makes same message after reinstalling previous version.
“There was an unexpected error loading the dashboard”

Thank you. Trumpy81

I go to get logs per your fAQ Plex Settings>Server>troubleshooting. I can not see Server under settings.

I tried repair from new download, same issue

@wheelman53

When you did the repair with PMS stopped,

How far back did you go? A few days? The oldest Database you had on hand?

I just tried the repair feature built into the install program. I did not try manual.

I’ve reported to Engineering as a high priority issue.

Can you please make a ZIP file of your databases, inclusive of the backups?

(grab the whole Databases directory).

Engineering wants to see whatever you have.

Hi.
I attached database file.

Thank you.

Plex Media Server Databases_2018-07-11_15-15-16.zip (22 Bytes)

Databases.zip

I attached Databases.zip as you requested.

Thank you.

Jeff

I am having the same issue after updating to that version. Attached are my logs.Logs.zip (5.8 MB)

When I try to follow the instructions, for repairing I am getting no such file or directory. Help?
