You have the Failed to resolve hostname x.plex.direct error. There’s a bunch of posts recently where users have solved it. This is probably the original one:

so, as many have noted over the years, Plex doesn’t seem to play nice with Android TV’s especially Bravias. It seems to artificially limit the bandwidth that it believes the TV can take and hence wont direct stream many reasonable high HD/4K bitrate films to the TV.

Finally fixed it - at least for my Sony TV’s.
I’ve been battling this fault for months on my Sony Android TV’s. I disabled the new player and it fixes it. But then after a while, the new player gets enabled again (maybe after an update) and my family can’t watch TV anymore.
