Undo Deleted Server/media from remote location

Hey peeps,

HELP!
Currently in hospital and logged onto PLEX with a new computer yesterday.
The main computer that holds all the media and the server is at home.
Was working great, but noticed my remote access was enabled but red, however could see my friends were watching it no worries.
Without thinking I clicked refresh to try and enable remote access to turn green.
It thought about it, then it said access to the sever was currently unavailable.
In a panic I thought I could delete delete the new computer I logged into from account access.
Now it’s telling me there is no media at all, like I deleted everything and start again.

If anyone knows how to undo this, please help. I’ve got 3 weeks in here and will go nuts.
I’m not computer savvy or know a lot of lingo, so be gentle :grin:

Looks like you removed your server from your Plex account. i.e. You unclaimed the server. This does not delete anything, it just signed you out of your server. You can get it back by claiming it again.

Unfortunately, you can’t do that through a remote connection, you need to be on the local network as your server. If your computer is setup for remote desktop, you can try using that. Otherwise, you’ll need someone to get on your network to help you claim the server.
