This times one thousand. The fact this many people in the user-base feel this way, regardless of what the reality may be, speaks volumes. Perception is unfortunately reality in this situation.

“It’s taking a bit longer than expected” then radio silence for another 10 days. This is the second issue with Plex player in the last 3 months that has made the player unusable for a period of 3 weeks or more. That’s inexcusable, and the lack of communication or ownership from Plex on this is the #1 problem most of us have.

It’s software, it has bugs, we get it. Leaving us out in the cold EVERY TIME is starting to feel less like an oversight, which is why we assume nobody cares.
