Unexpected Error when attempting to use DVR

I simply get “There was an unexpected error” when loading the Live TV & DVR settings. This has persisted for months over many updates to Plex, Plex Web, and HD HomeRun software. All other clients, including HD Home Run’s native client, work great to play local OTA stations.

I’m getting this too. Same version. I received a prompt that my TV guide settings were no longer supported after January 1st, and that I should remove and re-create the DVR.

I have not had this issue for months, however. For me it just started today. I had restored from an old backup because I’d lost newer ones.
