This is a feature I’ve wanted for a while. It would be nice if I was watching Plex in my browser, and could open Plex on my phone and hand-off the playback to my phone in realtime without interrupting the stream. Same with any device.
I know we can stop one stream and manually resume on another device, but uninterrupted handoff would be a great feature.
You could get up to go make some food and keep the video playing. Or you could be watching at your computer, hand-off to your phone, then cast to your TV, all without stopping the stream. I’ve found a need for this a lot of times personally
