Server Version#: latest from plexinc/pms-docker
My plex was running poorly the night before. so today I went into my Unraid and ran docker updates. it was 3 months since the last time I ran updates.
Within unraid everything looked good and the update went smoothly, but then the plex gives the following error: (image attached)
After some googling and watching youtube videos I have ATTEMPTED to run the SQ-Lite database repair, but it is just above my head and I am unable to get it to run.
I HAVE downloaded a copy of my database file which is just over 1GB in size, so I do have a backup of the bad database. The last backup in the folder was from 2023, so I would like to try and get the current database file repaired.
Is there an easier way to run the tool locally on my windows 11 computer, then upload the repaired file to my unraid? or do I need to figure out and learn how to do this all in unraid?
Do you have a better/recommended video to follow along to?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have tried installing the Plex Media Server for Windows. and then I copied the 4 files in the database folder on my Unraid plex server over. I than ran the .BAT repair tool from here: DBRepair/Windows at master · ChuckPa/DBRepair · GitHub
It runs for a few minutes then errors out.
